Detailed Description

I’m taking part in an event called 'The Adventurists Mototaxi Junket 2012' to raise funds for the Anglia Ruskin Music Therapy Appeal.

Basically, we are racing across the Andes in a rickshaw! Useless at slowing down and speeding up, turning corners and going in straight lines – so let the adventure begin!

Gift Aid - Making even more of your gift

If you are a UK taxpayer you can choose to Gift Aid your donation, which will increase the value of your donation by 25%. By choosing to donate with Gift Aid your contribution to Anglia Ruskin increases, at no extra cost to you.

Gift Aid Declaration

Anglia Ruskin University may reclaim basic rate tax on all gifts. This means that every £10 donated is worth £12.50, and the difference is paid by HM revenue and customs, at no cost to you.  If you pay tax at the higher rate, then you may claim further Tax Relief on your self-assessment Tax Return.  I wish Anglia Ruskin University to treat this donation and all donations I make from the date of this declaration, until I notify you otherwise, as Gift Aid Donations.  I confirm I have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6 April to 5 April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the charities that I donate to will reclaim on my gifts for that tax year. I understand that other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify. I understand the charity will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I give on or after 6 April 2008.
