Develop a greater understanding of branding and marketing on the internet. Learn basic methods that will help you manage and maintain digital engagement with your customers.

This one-night intensive beginners’ course will introduce you to some of the key platforms and techniques you can use to maintain a cohesive and targeted online brand image and communication platform. On completion, you’ll be able to create your own digital branding strategy.

We’ll discuss a variety of easy and accessible social media and blogging platforms and examine how the most successful online brands have been developed.

This course will cover:

  • Introduction to online branding and case studies
  • Content marketing and strategy
  • Execution of digital and social media campaigns
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships online
  • Deepening your knowledge of your audience

It’s increasingly important for businesses of all types to develop and maintain an online brand identity. If you’re a publisher or involved with other creative industries, this can extend from basic social media practices to more in-depth content generation and delivery strategies that will connect you with your customers and community.
