The inaugural Centre for Military Women’s Research conference is themed around “Sexual Violence in the Military – An International Perspective”.  The conference will take place over two days. 

The first day includes keynote speeches from Sanela Dursun (Defence Research and Development, Canada) and Kate Davies (NHS Armed Forces commissioner), along with sessions on in-service and veteran experiences. 

The second day comprises a choice of four workshops on different topics, ending with a plenary session led by Prof Daniel Perkins of Penn State University.
