A replacement certificate if the original has been lost or damaged. Graduates of Anglia Ruskin University or Anglia Polytechnic University who completed their award after 1992 can apply for a replacement certificate. Please only purchase if you have been instructed by a member of the Awards team.

Detailed Description

A replacement certificate can only be purchased if your original has been lost, destroyed, or damaged. Under no circumstances will additional copies or replacements be issued to any applicant holding an original.   The applicant must make a declaration setting out fully the circumstances in which the certificate was lost or destroyed including an undertaking that, should a replacement be issued, it will be returned if the original is subsequently found.

Damaged or defaced certificates should be returned to the Awards team, Academic Registry, Anglia Ruskin University, Bishop Hall Lane, Chelmsford CM1 1SQ

Please note that replacements, while having precisely the same standing as the originals they replace, are produced in the current format and may not therefore be an exact copy of the original.

Please Note: If you have an outstanding debt to Anglia Ruskin University you will not be eligible to receive a certificate. 

Replacement Certificates will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or International Signed-For Delivery to the address provided during the Online Store registration process.  Please note that a certificate may take up to 14 days to produce especially during our busiest period of August to October
