Enhance your knowledge of arc welding and MIG, with our short course at Writtle College. Complete a series of practical tasks as part of your studies.

Over four days, you'll get experience of welding various joints and material thickness, explore the techniques involved, and learn to recognise defects along with correct finishes. Demonstrations of welding and some associated processes are an integral part of the course. It's an informal course and we welcome anyone who'd like to learn more about welding, from corporate apprentices and hobbyists, to those undertaking DIY projects.
