1. Bookings & Payment

1. This event is exclusively available to ARU staff teams.
2. Bookings are based on tables of eight guests and are priced at £29.95 per person.
3. Full payment must be made in advance through the ARU Shop to secure your booking.
4. The lead booker is responsible for communicating all event information to members of their group.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

1. Cancellations made at least 14 calendar days prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund.
2. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will not normally be refundable, subject to applicable consumer rights and reasonable cancellation charges.
3. Guest substitutions are permitted at no additional cost, provided ARU Venues is notified in advance.
4. Approved refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed.
