This payment will cover delivery via DHL to the specified address.

Please note:  this charge is for delivery only and does not include the cost of a replacement certificate, repeat transcript or transcript to be sent to a third party – these items must be purchased separately.

When filling in the ‘Delivery Address’ section of the order form, please make sure you enter the full address details, including zip/postcode and PO Box number, if applicable.  Please also provide a telephone number for the recipient as DHL will not accept the parcel without one.

Replacement Certificates and Transcripts

Please note that this service applies to ARU awarded qualifications only.  For Further Education qualifications studied at Writtle College, please contact the relevant Awarding Body such as City and Guilds.
