We are offering tickets at a reduced rate for current students. To apply for this reduced ticket rate please email ecbb2026@aru.ac.uk with a letter from your supervisor confirming your student status. Once this has been received a code will be sent to enable you to purchase this ticket. These tickets are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. A limited number of reduced‑price tickets are available for participants from developing countries. European Conference for Behavioural Biology (ECBB) 2026 is administered by Anglia Ruskin University (ARU). 2. Conference fees are: a) Payable to confirm booking b) VAT exempt c) Payable in Pounds Sterling by online payment with credit or debit card d) Subject to refund only if:
2. Extraordinary circumstances acceptable to the Administration Team for the conference. 3. Standard Delegate ticket fees cover: a) Attendance at all days of the conference b) All conference materials provided by speakers or the organisers at the event c) Welcome drinks and canapes on day 1 of the conference d) Refreshments and lunch on day 2 of the conference e) Refreshments and lunch on day 3 of the conference f) Morning refreshments on day 4 of the conference 4. Fees do not cover: a) Accommodation b) Meals except where separately identified c) Travel d) Any other assistance or materials 5. ARU reserves the right to: a) Amend any or all aspects of the published programme b) Prohibit entry to, or expel from, the conference anyone who is disruptive or otherwise considered to pose a risk to the proper order of the conference c) Cancel the event, subject to a force majeure event. Force majeure events shall mean any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ARU (including, without limitation any strike, lock-out work stoppages industrial disputes or other form of industrial action, war, civil commotion civil disturbance riots, invasion, hostilities, terrorism, epidemics or pandemics as recognised by the UK Government, fire, explosion, adverse weather (including lightning, flood, storm), catastrophic events, acts of government (including obligatory compliance with any government order, rule, direction, or regulation) widespread disease, infection, lack of energy supply, volcanic eruptions, earthquake, or acts of God). In the event of cancellation, ARU will refund the cost of European Conference for Behavioural Biology (ECBB) 2026 tickets, however ARU cannot be held responsible for any other costs incurred by attendees. 6. Use of your Personal Data a) ARU will use personal data for the following purposes: i) to manage your attendance at the conference, including to contact you via email, with information relevant to this conference, unless you cancel your attendance ii) to contact you via email, with information about future conferences unless you unsubscribe from our mailing list following instructions on one of our emails iii) to be photographed within the area occupied by the conference and use such photographs in future publicity for European Conference for Behavioural Biology (ECBB) or other reasonable promotional use by ARU.
