Terms and Conditions – QueerER 2026

1. QueerER 2026 is administered by Anglia Ruskin University (ARU).

2. Conference fees are:

1. Payable to confirm booking
2. VAT exempt
3. Payable in Pounds Sterling by online payment with credit or debit card
4. Subject to refund only if:

                    i.            The conference is cancelled according to 7b

                   ii.            Extraordinary circumstances acceptable to the Administration Team for the conference.

3. Delegate and Presenter Ticket fees cover:

1. Attendance at conference on the day specified on the online store
2. All conference materials provided by speakers or the organisers at the event
3. Refreshments of tea, coffee, water, juice, biscuits, cookies, and pastries
4. Lunch on the day of the conference

4. Fees do not cover:

1. Accommodation
2. Meals except where separately identified
3. Travel
4. Any other assistance or materials

5. ARU reserves the right to:

1. Amend any or all aspects of the published programme
2. Postpone or cancel the conference up until 3^rd June 2026
3. Prohibit entry to, or expel from, the conference anyone who is disruptive or otherwise considered to pose a risk to the proper order of the conference
4. Cancel the event, subject to government guidance on COVID-19. In the event of cancellation, ARU will refund the cost of the QueerER 2026 Conference ticket, however ARU cannot be held responsible for any other costs incurred by attendees.

6. Unless explicitly withheld, attendance will imply that a delegate gives permission:

1. To be photographed within the area occupied by the conference and that such photographs may be used in future publicity for QueerER or other reasonable use by ARU.
2. For their email address to be used for the purpose of receiving information from ARU relevant to this event, as well as other imagery and cognition events, only. This permission can be withdrawn by delegates on receipt of any email, however emails relating to the event will still be sent.
